By default, all web pages are served using HTTPS. Our cloud infrastructure is hosted in a virtual private cloud. All personal passwords are encrypted. We perform automated vulnerability scans on our systems and source code. We perform regular penetration testing.

Over 1750 sq. m. sized data center, located in Nuremberg, Germany, is state of the art data center especially when it comes to operational safety and energy efficiency. We invest large amounts in the maintenance and optimization of our entire data center infrastructure every year. This allows us to offer our customers a stable and - thanks to low operational costs - economical option, while at the same time protecting the environment as much as possible. Our data center is powered by different electricity suppliers (SWM and N-Ergie). We can ensure that our services stay online even if it comes to the highly unlikely case that our data center suffers from an admittedly highly unlikely outage. All our servers are connected to the Internet with 220 Gbit/s.

We offer 24/5 full support and support for critical issues over the weekend. We provide support primarily via email, which we have found to be the most efficient means for both our customers and our support staff.

We support the current and the previous release of Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version. We also support Internet Explorer 11+ (for Windows 8 and previous versions), and Microsoft Edge (for Windows 10+).

Our automated backup system creates an on-site and off-site copy of our database every day.
